Larry Howard: Raised in South New Jersey seashore area of Cape May Court House, County seat of Cape May County. Entered the U.S. Air Force in 1954 which became a career. Retired in 1977 after serving 23 years to our great country. Such places as Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Diego Garcia (BIOT), Hawaii and U.S. Bases. After retirement returned to college. After which the job market brought me to The Presidio of San Francisco, CA. Settling in Marin County for the past 33 years. Married with three grown sons. We are also blessed with one grandson Chase and one granddaughter Mackenzie.

My background is Management and Administration bringing me into the Honorable field of a Notary Public when base closure of the Presidio occurred.
